If an organization is operating in every state of the country (Bharat), which state's Shop & Establishment Act is applicable? In Delhi, PL is cumulative to 40 days. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, PL is cumulative to 60 days. In Haryana, it is 45 days. The number of holidays in a year declared by Delhi is 10, Haryana-9, etc.

The organization is registered at an address in Delhi. Based on my understanding, whichever state provides employees with the maximum benefits would be applicable. If I am correct, please provide me with the necessary documents. Your support will be highly appreciated.
