Dear Team,
We have OS as Manager - TL - Execution team. The organization has some old staff who joined long ago and have been with the company through thick and thin. Now, the company is growing well and has deployed new managers to run the organization more efficiently. Some employees who were experts in their work previously now have reporting managers to whom they must report their daily work. This set of employees is not willing to send daily reports to managers. Currently, managers don't have an issue with this, but the management is not happy with this kind of work culture, which may also affect the performance of the rest of the teams.
Management has asked HR to take action regarding employees who do not want to report to their managers and has instructed to give warnings to such staff who still have an ego about reporting to their manager.
Kindly advise on how to deal with such employees or what actions HR can take, or provide advice to management on the matter.
It would be greatly appreciated if any experts could share their contact information to discuss this matter further or if more elaboration is required on the above.
Thanks,
Sharayu
