EPFO pension contribution not transferred while transferring EPF account. What to do for getting pension after retirement?

In 2012, as our Company's Registered office was shifted from Delhi to Pune, my EPF account was transferred from Delhi to Pune. Though in the Annexure "K" of EPFO Delhi, The PF contribution has been transferred to Pune office, the Pension contribution is showing Zero. As I am in the verge of getting retirement in 2019, request suggestion as to how to claim the Pension on my contribution until 2012.

Hello Raaman,
Pension amount will not transfer at the time of transferred PF claim. Only length of service will be transfer and payment will be made on length of service basis.
