stress venting activities for employees working in sales field??

currently Iam planing to develop a stress venting activity module for employees working in sales field, since our staffs are going through tremendous pressure and workplace stress. can anyone guide me with the various activities,which can be used for stress venting.

Dear Noufal,
Firstly sales persons are supposed to work all through the day or whenever the customer calls them.
A general view of their activities propose that they will be required to have lot of patience,sincerity and communications. And for tapping those in built resources, the sales personnel get incentives on their targets which is not given to other desk job staff.
But if you still think stress ventilating ideas would deal a great deal of help to them, then you can provide motivational trips, dinners,family events etc.
