Have the appointment letter mentioning the CTC p.a i do not have payslips

I have recently applied for a job in a company, and they asked me to provide the payslip for the previous company. I previously worked for a private limited (pvt ltd) company. Although I have the appointment letter mentioning the cost to company (CTC) per annum, I do not have payslips. Therefore, I kindly request you to provide me with the CTC breakup structure and a monthly payslip if the CTC is Rs. 36,000 per month, following the payslip format.

Hi,

Why don't you inform the same to the company you had applied to about it? There is nothing wrong as long as the salary mentioned matches the salary received. Why indulge in malpractice and jeopardize your future? You may inform the way the previous company/present company used to pay you and do not try to cover up by creating payslips on your own.
