I wanted to know about the sandwich leave policy. Suppose an employee is taking leaves on Mon and Tues, and Wed Thurs and Friday is off due to the Diwali holiday (Sat and Sun are off), and he resumes on Monday. Will the sandwich be applicable?
Secondly, if an employee has PL and wishes to apply for leave wherein sandwich leave is applicable, what will be the scenario? Will the sandwich be applicable, or will balanced leave be deducted with no sandwich applied?
