One of our employees has updated his Aadhar card in the PF member KYC portal, and the employer has approved the same. However, the member has made some corrections in his name, but in the PF member portal, it is showing the OLD name only. When we attempt to update his name through "Modify basic detail," it is not accepting the changes and is displaying an error message stating, "Aadhar is already verified in the unified portal, your details are not editable."
Will the system automatically retrieve the updated data from the Aadhar server, or do we need to take action from our end? How can we proceed with making the correction? Kindly guide me.
