I have been working as an HR professional in an organization for one and a half years. When I joined, the company was completely unorganized and in disarray. During my tenure, I rectified everything that was wrong, prepared proper company policies in writing, and assigned clear job roles. The Managing Director of my company is very impressed with my work, and I got promoted. However, I am being targeted by the senior managers who, due to the properly organized culture, cannot engage in their wrongdoings, including my General Manager (to whom I report). My GM is trying to force me to quit my job. Although our MD appreciates me, he does not want to get involved in this situation.
