PPT is a good idea but all your slides are the same. Be creative in coming up with slides related to birthday poem/quotes, employee photo, etc.

Thanks for your suggestion but this ppt is for Large Scale Manufacturing Company where B'day of more than 100 people will may fall in any Month .So pasting pics of those employees is not viable in PPt
Putting quotes is although good idea .Its may vary from company to company and there ideology .
