PPT is a good idea, but all your slides are the same. Be creative in coming up with slides related to birthday poems/quotes, employee photos, etc.

Dear Akash,

Thank you for your suggestion, but this PowerPoint presentation is for a Large Scale Manufacturing Company where the birthdays of more than 100 people may fall in any month. Therefore, pasting pictures of those employees is not viable in the presentation.

Including quotes is a good idea. It may vary from company to company and their ideology.
