Hi All,
I'm working as a HR executive in IT company and our structure of working days as below.
In our company we provide 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday.
On this second Saturday one of my employee taken leave for Monday Tuesday and now on Wednesday it is govt declared holiday.
So how can I calculate leave for that employee.
We don't have any structure of leave balance.
