Hi All,
I'm working as an HR executive in an IT company, and our structure of working days is as follows:
In our company, we provide the 2nd and 4th Saturday as holidays. On this second Saturday, one of my employees took leave for Monday and Tuesday, and now on Wednesday, it is a government-declared holiday.
So, how can I calculate the leave for that employee? We don't have any structure of leave balance.
