Auto Industry - Bonus is applicable on piece rated contract workers or not?

I am working on Auto Industry and we are supplier of seats of two wheeler & three wheeler to HONDA, HMCL, MARUTI, TATA etc. My question is that Bonus is applicable on piece rated contract workers or not? My second question is that Gratuity is applicable on contract workers on piece rate after continuous working 5 years?

Both Bonus Act and Gratuity Act are applicable to Contract workers also.
