Calculation of wages when a National Holiday falls on Sunday

If there is Sunday on National Holiday and Festival then How the wages will be calculated?

Is Sunday a weekly holiday for all the employees
If not how the weekly off is given.

When a festival falls on Sunday and Sunday is weekly off, the festival will not be considered and weekly off will be given.
Only one condition the festival will be considered in continuous process and Sunday is working day. In this condition one day extra wages (Basic+DA) will be given to all employees on weekly off day.
