EPF Admin Charges calculation on total wages or individual employee's wages

Seniors,
When we generate online epf challan then there is some difference between our calculation and online pf challan.
Please clear my doubt that EPF admin charges' calculation is on individual employees' wages or total wages. At present we calculate admin charges on total wages of employees.

your calculation mismatch with total, due to fraction of rupee taken in account counted in each employee
