Confused About EPF Admin Charges? Are They Based on Total or Individual Wages?

Seniors,

When we generate an online EPF challan, there is a discrepancy between our calculation and the online PF challan. Could you please clarify whether EPF admin charges' calculation is based on individual employees' wages or total wages? Currently, we calculate admin charges based on the total wages of employees.

Total EPF wages are taken for admin charges calculation. Your calculation mismatches with the total due to a fraction of rupee taken into account counted in each employee.
