The issue is regarding with my friend. He is working with one company, he joined the organisation in Feb-18 & as per appointment letter he has to serve 6 month probation period. But company management suddenly issued relieving letter to him exactly one day before with FFS from the date of completion of probation period.
As per appointment letter he has to served 1 month notice period before leaving the job.
Pls guide what steps he supposed to take as company inform him suddenly you are no more require.
