Hi everyone, can someone help me with the minimum wages for a furniture factory? We are a licensed manufacturer of furniture/sofas. I tried to Google the requirements, but none of the documents clearly mention furniture, specifically for designations such as Helper, Carpenter, Packer, and Painter, who are skilled employees working under supervision.

Also, please share examples of statutory bonus calculations for factory employees. We are happy to pay a bonus to our employees every Diwali, but I need it to be paid as a statutory bonus instead of a one-time bonus on Diwali. Please let me know if we pay a one-time bonus on Diwali, will we face any compliance issues?
