EPF Settled But Returned - HR updated wrong account number

We have online claim EPF Portal my EPF, but my company HR updated wrong account number (ICICI bank account number 12 digit but he update only 10 digit first tow 00 not update) there for EPF withdrawal but his EPF Settled But Returned. Please help withdrawal my EPF and Suggest.

under such a case, the PF money goes to the suspense account. You need to update your account details again on the unified portal and your previous employer should validate it.
Once done, you are required to fill up "re-issue performa" to get the money into your actual account. Seek assistance from your previous employer, i am sure they will facilitate it smoothly.
