I am really surprised to see your query. Organizations conduct appraisals to know the actual performance and potential of the employee. Based on your inputs, organizations plan for your future improvements by providing training, suggestions, etc. You need not impress your reviewers with intelligent answers; just write facts. Moreover, however impressive suggestions of the site members, they may not necessarily suit your situations. I am sorry if I hurt you, as HR professionals, we don't accept such things.
