Regards. Sharing of offer letters to accounts departmen

Myself N. Vennela working as a HR- Trainee. I have a query regarding the sharing of offer letters to the accounts head or not, if she asks to give an offer letter of all the employees who were in probationary period for PF payment purpose.

Here basic query is to share offer letter to accounts head on PF payment.
But clarify one thing, HR has to make the EPF challan in general course, if not possible or competent enough then you can share the details to accounts or such authoritative person for doing the statutory compliance.

Other suggestion, that she doesn't involve in the matter of PF, even if she asks for so.

Then not needed exactly, it is always better to be firm on your decision.
HR needs to maintain confidentiality of information.

Information needed for compliances, making of salary rolls etc need to be given to Accounts Department.
