Sold land to company with promise that they will take on employee

I sold my land in 2007 for construction of XXX cement company at that time they told they will take one permanent employees in their company.
Now they are taking in contract basis job in there company. I don't have any proof and documents for above.
Please help me in this topic.

In the absence of any written agreement with the said company or undertaking from it at the time of the sale of your land, you can not have a successful legal fight. At least, whether you have a copy of the advertisement, if any, issued by the company in any news paper prior to the sale, you can prove to some extent that you were assured of a permanent job in the company.
