PMRPY Registration Error - trying to sign using DSC - getting error NOT SUPPORTED YET

At the time of registering in PMRPY, Class 2 DSC doesn't work.

In ECR one of the member is registered in PMRPY but the benefit is not availed and shows deactivated. Previously that same member was getting benefit from PMRPY. Why the same one is got deactvated in ECR for PMRPY.

in our ecr also, Deactivated is being dispalyed under Upfront pmpry benefit against an employee, for which we were getting pmpry benefit till last month dec 2018.
This employee was a fresher and we are getting benefit for him since last 8-9 months only.
can anyone let me know how to resolve this issue.
