Leave policy of a NBFC MFI, how many days CL/EL/Sick/Privilege leave should be provided?

Hi, I am working in an NBFC MFI as an Assistant Manager in HR. I would like to inquire about the leave policy at an NBFC MFI. Could you please provide information on the number of days of CL/EL/Sick/Privilege leave that should be granted to an employee in a calendar year? I would appreciate your assistance in developing the leave policy for my company.
