Working in a company for past 1.9 years. Now I can withdraw my pf amount?

I am currently working in a company for past 1.9 years. Now I can withdraw my pf amount fully? So, help me out to withdraw money.

what is your total service of employment? if it is more than 5 years or more than 7 years you can take a loan towards marriage or house, land construction, you can even use for medical emergency, but if your service is less than 5 years, you cannot withdraw your amount while you are in service.
the only option is to get PF amount is when you left the job.
