I have been working in an IT company in Lucknow. However, my company deducted my PF for only two months. My question is, can I withdraw the complete amount from my PF account? In other words, can I do final settlements from my account?
You may withdraw your employee and employer PF of (12% + 3.67%). For EPS withdrawal, the minimum eligibility is 6 months of contribution to be remitted.
