Your suggestions on court development plan - building the framework in Judiciary

Good evening respected members of CiteHR. Its a pleasure to write and ask here the views and your suggestions for creating a good "Court Development Plan".
Its my humble request to kindly give your suggestions and views so that you are also helping in playing a vital role in building the framework in Judiciary.

The Court Development Plan has to be specific with respect to a specified court(s) and has to be worked out on short term, medium term and long term basis looking to the work load, resources available , the constraints etc. It is not likely that any of members of the forum may be able to contribute much in this matter as they are unaware of the court you have in mind.
