Minimum wages for aero bridge operator /technician

My self sreejith, working as a passenger boarding bridge operator /technician under a mumbai based company, my present work location is in cochin.
The salary we are getting is about 10800 (Basic plus DA).
The minimum and majority qualification of the workerS is iti.
Three questions :
Do we will come under technical job or a skilled worker?
What is the minimum salary for this job in india/kerala?
The basic labour law applicable for us?
