Esi office is asking for Esi Data format instead of Esi card saying card is not valuable. what I have to do ? Where can i get it from?

Kindly clarify ESI CARD means ??
If ESI Card means ESI No. : Then ESI CARD SYSTEM IS NOT INTO PRACTICE SINCE 2016 ,
IF YOUR ADHAAR CARD AND OTHER DETAILS ARE UPDATED IN ESIC PORTAL AGAINST YOUR ESI NO. BY RESPECTIVE HR PERSON OF YOUR COMPANY THEN NO NEED TO SHOW ANY ESI CARD OR ESI DATA FORMAT ,JUST PROVIDE THE ESI NO. TO ESIC PANELED CLINIC OR ESIC HOSPITAL .THEY WILL CHECK IT AT THEIR OWN .
