We are going to implement the weekly meetings schedule form maintaining by HR. Already meetings all running regularly but there is no proof , reports and filing system. so weekly plan meeting with reports status need to maintain by HR. for that i need template and idea. we have 3 departments Production, Sales, Operations. i will attach the topic for example. Day, Department, time, meeting, organiser, participants. For reports separately like this i need proper words for this. i have attached the template. please do the needful.
