We are going to implement the weekly meetings schedule form maintained by HR. Currently, all meetings are running regularly, but there is no proof, reports, and filing system. So, a weekly plan meeting with reports status needs to be maintained by HR. For that, I need a template and ideas. We have three departments: Production, Sales, Operations. I will attach the topic as an example. The template should include Day, Department, Time, Meeting, Organizer, and Participants. For reports separately, I need proper wording. I have attached the template. Please do the needful.
