Balancing Admin, Accounts, and HR: Can My Role Be Recognized as HR Admin?

Archana.Singh
Dear Sir/Madam, I am working in an IT startup as an Admin Executive. I wanted your suggestion on my tasks where I am working on multiple tasks like office admin, accounts, and HR.

My questions are:

1. Can my designation be HR admin?
2. I have graduated with a BA in Industrial Psychology and completed a 3-month HR course, with 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
3. Is my study field and profession significantly different?
4. Please let me know in which areas I excel at work.

Thank you.

Thank you very much for your reply, sir.

If I want to continue in accounts, I should be very good at MS Excel and its formulas. Can you please suggest any short-term courses?

You are in a good position and have the platform to learn in three areas: Admin, HR, and Accounts too. Try mastering all these areas; the future scope of opportunities will be brilliant. Master Excel, MIS, and presentations too. Wish you all the success.
