What an employee can do if an employer who runs a school (upto class VIII) and a dance & music academy- both in single location - never pays anything extra except salary. There is not a single leave. If teachers took leave in summer holiday, there is zero payment to them. There is no extra payment even the person broken the leg while working. Even the salary deduction happens if the person not comes due to leg injury. There is no tea-coffee or even medical first aid box there. All salary paid by cash. Total salaried staff (School & Dance Academy) are 20. There is no PF or ESI/medical provided as well.
