Hi, I quit my job in December 2017 and still unemployed. In UAN portal, when I logged into check, name was partially incorrect and details like Aadhar, pan, bank account number were not seeded. Also date of exit was not updated by previous employer. So I sent mail to hr . They updated the date of exit but said they could not update name, Aadhar, pan, bank details as their digital signature expired. I tried updating from my end, it shows pending at employer. I am not sure if my ex employee is telling the truth... I mean don't u need digital signature to update date of exit or is it only required for name and Aadhar, pan details change? Can someone help me on how I should proceed? Thank you..
