Can there will be a possibility to get gratuity for 4 Year and * months of service?

As per the Payment of Gratuity Act, only after completion of 5 years of continuous service, gratuity becomes eligible.

Please explain * months count is what in number ??

For 4 year 8 Months ? for this frame will gratuity comes ?
