BGC fail - first company operations closed and they were unable to respond from official mails

I have worked with first company in January 2013 to June 2013. Here I have offer letter, experience letter, salary certificate use to get by hand. When I joined in TCS BGC verification was done and I worked for one year. Now I got a job in WIPRO before joining they are doing BGC, here I should join on 18june 2018, it was postponing due to BGC FAIL now first company operations were closed and they were unable to respond from official mails what can I do?

For clarifications I have provided offer letter with official mailid which I have received in June 2013. And provided revised certificates which I have received in June 2017 with official mailid, and provided letterhead which have taken on July 2017, but still they are not accepting what still more I need to provide also provide references numbers of collogues

At times some people in the HR Department of certain companies conduct the BGV process with an eye of suspicion only.
