What is TNA and TNI. What is its basic need and what sort of techniques we should follow for this.

A TNA is the method of determining if a training need exists and if it does, what training is required to fill the gap. This is achieved by collecting both qualitative and quantitative data for analysis.
A TNI study gives us rich, detailed insights on the learning and development needs of our trainee across the board. It helps you
identify specific development gaps at each career stage, as they align with your departmental or organizational objectives.
