Creating Training Module For Garment Industry

This is Jagan from Coimbatore. We are involved in providing consultancy to the garment industry to enhance productivity. As we are all aware, training human resources at all levels will yield good results in achieving the company's goals or vision, in addition to implementing engineering techniques.

I am in the process of developing a training module for the garment industry (from operator to production manager) and would appreciate suggestions and valuable comments from seniors and friends to decide on the topics to be addressed.

It should be in four modules starting from "Induction Training", "Product Specification Training", "Quality Assurance Training", and "Packaging Training". Additionally, for the machine shop and washing plant, there should be "Operation & Maintenance Training".
