The appointment letter should be one and all the same for all the employees in organization. In case of Senior Management people you should make necessary inclusions / exclusions in the Annexure. Ex.. The Vice President sales may be eligible for Variable pay / Incentive. You can have an addendum related to Company vehicle / Laptop / Mobile / eligibility part related to Domestic / International travel etc.,
