Struggling with UAN Activation for Employees Without Aadhar in North East – Any Solutions?

This is to inform you that I am facing issues while registering new employees at the UAN portal. Employees are from the North East (Assam – Guwahati) location where the Aadhar facility has not yet started by the government. All of them joined in May '18 and already have UAN from a previous employer without Aadhar.

When I am registering them at my UAN portal, it is showing "PLEASE ENTER AADHAR/AADHAR ENROLMENT NUMBER." I have also tried the option as the member is from the North-East and saved the details but received the same response. Please suggest if you have any other solution to activate their UAN.

In the unified portal for employers, in the square where it is mentioned as follows: Member is from North-East/Nepal/Bhutan and does not have an Aadhaar, tick this square and proceed.

Dear Swetley, I have also tried through this option but still it is showing the same message “PLEASE ENTER AADHAR/AADHAR ENROLMENT NUMBER”
