Sexual Harassment includes in the (Section 2(n) of the Act) is basically unwelcome acts or behavior (whether directly or by implication) namely :

– a request for the sexual favor
– showing pornography
– other offensive or derogatory pictures
– any other unwelcome physical, the verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature.
