Starting a Business from Home: What Address Proof Can I Use for Registration?

I have a doubt. Shop and establishment require an address proof of the business. May I know what address proof should I provide? I am staying with my parents and have started a business in my house garage itself. The property is owned by my dad; therefore, there is no rental agreement. Are there any other options besides utility bills?

Also, I forgot to mention that the tax-paid receipt or municipal tax paid certificate is also ruled out due to a legal case going on.
