Address proof issues for Shop and establshment registration

hi,
I have a doubt.
Shop and establishment requires address proof of business.
May I know what address proof should I provide. I am staying with my parents and have started a business in my house garage itself. The property is owned by my dad. therefore , there is no rental agreement.
Any other options other than utility bills?

Also, I forgot to mention that tax paid receipt or municipal tax paid certificate is also ruled out due to legal case going on.

You require a no objection certificate cum conditions on which the place was given to you, from the owners of the building, to start a business. This certificate is good enough for you as address proof.
