Hello ,I need clarification on International Worker PF Contributions:
1)An employee from SSA has worked in india for a year and has contributed 12% of EE share and ER Share on Gross and their is no contribution to EPS(i.e.8.33% and 3.67%).
Now, when employee claims the contribution the same has been rejected by EPF Department saying their is no contribution to pension scheme.
Their is an Amendment on 01 sep 2014 which says employee who has joined after sep 2014 their is no need of contribution to pension scheme.
Can any one please share me the said notification or Amendment so that the employee can get the claim fully.
