I am working as an HR in a Telecom partnership-based company with up to 10-15 employees. Can anyone suggest or help me with how I can create a salary slip for my employees following the format below?
For Example - "A" Employee
Basic Pay: 6500 / Basic 50%
House Rent Allowance: 3250 / 50% of Basic
Dearness Allowance: 650 / 5% of CTC
Transport Allowance: 1600 / A month Fix
Other Allowances: 1000 / To sum up or Rest Balance
Total: 13000 Cash or Cheque
Is this correct, or do I need to follow a different format? Please assist me in creating it correctly according to rules and regulations. We are not paying PF, ESIC, or any other benefits, and we are also not deducting PT.
