Are PF Forms 10C and 19 the Same Everywhere, or Do They Vary by Region Like Pune?

Is there a different PF form for each region? I am looking for PF form 19 and 10C for Pune. Can you please send it to me?

Please follow the instructions for downloading the common format used by the government. As you mentioned, it may vary across regions based on the language rather than the contents. You can access the format at the following link: [http://epfindia.nic.in/](http://epfindia.nic.in/).

When on the website, position the cursor on the left side menu button labeled "Download" and then click on "Forms". Proceed by clicking on the preview and downloading the Form 19 & 10c by selecting the attachment option. I have also attached the forms for your convenience.

The PF remains the same across the country. Both forms 10c and 19 are uniform nationwide; only the sector varies. Therefore, ensure to specify the sector accurately. If you are withdrawing the amount within the same city or state, you can submit the form at your city's PF office. However, if it pertains to another state, you must send the form to the respective office.
