Mistaken PF Contribution to Wrong UAN: How Can I Fix This Mix-Up?

I have faced a problem relating to PF. We have mistakenly deposited a contribution towards one of our employees' PF against the wrong UAN, which has been interchanged with another employee bearing the same name. This error occurred in December 2016 when the deposition against UAN was initiated. We have now identified the mistake.

Now, what should I do?
