Offer Letter Design for Higher Grade Employees

We are SME automobile company, we are hiring positiong of GM for our organisation,
I need your help to design offer letter with CTC of 9 lacs PA.
This would be 1st highest offer in my company,bcoz all staff in my company are blue collar emps & earning less than 30k p.m
We don't have PF provision & medical is covered under Workmens Policy.
Pls help me for the same.

You need to understand first what are the labour laws applicable to you. Letter of offer you should draft and finalise on your own. You can ask forum the suggestion in your draft.
Workmen Compensation policy doesn't cover medical. EF, ESI are mandatory when you cross certain number of employees. It seems from your id that you are from Euro Diesel Services. You fall under factory.
