Tamilnadu - Contract Labour License, BOCW registration and Inter-State Migrant Workmen

Hi friends I need to get licenses for my company under the following:
1. The Tamilnadu Labour Rules
2. Inter-State Migrant Workmen
3. Building and other construction Workers Act (BOCW).
Please let me know the procedures to get them and from which office I can get these licenses in Tamilnadu.
