Hi, I am Bijender from Sentinels Security. As per the bonus policy, if an employee works for 30 days in a year, they are eligible to receive a bonus. I have a question regarding a specific case: in March 2017, the employee joined on 2nd March 2017 and worked until the last day of the month, which was 31st March 2017. By my calculation, he completed 30 days (26 + 4 = 30). Is he eligible to receive the bonus or not? Please provide your suggestions and advice.
