I am doing my project on employee welfare measures. I m confused regarding information to be put in my project for the same. And what kind of questions to be asked to employer regarding the employee welfare measures.
First of all identify the universe of study and then the welfare measures available at that place. Ask details of the welfare measures, both statutory as well as voluntary like their coverage, the extent of benefits, costs to the company, employee receptivity to the measures, future plans etc.
