Resignation and Delayed Appraisal Process

Dear Respected CiteHR memebers,
I work for a Pvt ltd ecommerce company in Bengaluru; have been working here since 16 months, As part of the annual appraisal process; I'm eligible for an appraisal and this would be my first after joining. The appraisal has been delayed by 3 months, usually happens in April but we are yet to have a formal one to one discussion with the manager, we have already submitted our self appraisal form almost 20 days back. Now, I have resigned from the services as I've got a better opportunity and would be leaving the org in 1st week of July; I would like to know if I should be part of this appraisal as it was delayed from the company and should I receive arrears of the last 3 months? Please advise. I wouldn't have asked for the arrears if I had resigned during the usual appraisal cycle, as it was delayed for 3 months; would want to know if i should be eligible. Please help.
