I work for a Pvt. Ltd. e-commerce company in Bengaluru and have been working here for 16 months. As part of the annual appraisal process, I'm eligible for an appraisal, and this would be my first since joining. The appraisal has been delayed by 3 months; it usually happens in April, but we are yet to have a formal one-on-one discussion with the manager even though we submitted our self-appraisal form almost 20 days ago.
Now, I have resigned from the services as I've got a better opportunity and will be leaving the organization in the 1st week of July. I would like to know if I should be a part of this appraisal since it was delayed by the company and whether I should receive arrears for the last 3 months. I wouldn't have asked for the arrears if I had resigned during the usual appraisal cycle. As it was delayed for 3 months, I would like to know if I am still eligible. Please help.
