We are running an industrial canteen through a contractor. In the IMS audit, an auditor raised a question of FSSAI Certifcate / License for Industrial Canteen.
We discussed / informed him that our canteen is running on non-commercial and non-profit as well as maintaining under statutory norms of Factories Act 1948.
Respective sirs, please guide me on this matters - is it necessary to obtain it or not.
