Every employee is a business partner in his organization. Likewise, HR too is a business partner to his organization. HR has to measure his contribution in this partnership.

Every HR professional is doing some common task and among those, some HR is doing designed task of HRM that is a strategic in nature and having impact on business growth directly .... That designed KRA is collected in HRBP.. apart traditional hr people have been working since evolution of HRM.
