Lack of knowledge of the English language and its grammar on CiteHR

Hi,
I definitely agree with above members who made a point that effective English writing & speaking is very important which makes a large difference in corporate world. We require a great effort to learn & deliver the same at different forums.
I would be very happy to learn & upgrade myself to have command in my language in order to deliver my thoughts effectively to others.
